Sage and dashboard defaults

V8-V12

Choose either V7 or V8-V12. This helps the dashboards use the correct Sage table structure.

Overall

Choose whether Sage 200 Evolution is configured to hold one overall cost per inventory item, or a separate cost per warehouse.

25

This affects the red, amber and green traffic light colours on margin and price dashboards.

MAIN - Main Warehouse

Choose All Warehouses or select a specific warehouse you would like certain dashboards to report on.

July

Adjust this to match your own reporting year.

Rep on Transactions

Choose Rep on Transactions or Customer Record Rep depending on how you operate your business.

2 decimals

Controls home currency, financial value and unit price display. Quantities and percentages are unchanged. You can set it to use 0, 2 or 3 decimal places.

Order statuses to exclude

1 - Order on Hold
2 - Awaiting Payment

Statuses selected here are excluded from order dashboards such as Order Line Up, Sales Order Ageing, Back Order Status and Order Fulfillment.
