These terms apply to S200Dashboards.io, provided by Crest Software Solutions Pty Ltd. By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for the relevant organisation.
Product and licence
S200Dashboards.io provides locally installed dashboard software and an online account and licensing service for Sage 200 Evolution. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the product for the subscribed organisation, users, devices and optional features.
Trials
Eligible organisations may receive one seven-day trial. A trial may use a test database and later a live database during the same trial period. Changing an email address, device or database does not create a new trial or extend an existing trial. We may use protected database identity information to prevent repeated trials and may refuse or end a trial where misuse is reasonably suspected.
Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Charges are based on the first user, additional users and any selected add-ons shown at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion and payment processing are handled as shown by Stripe at checkout.
Additional user seats added during a paid monthly period are charged immediately on a prorated basis for the remainder of that period. Removing a user takes effect at the end of the current paid period and reduces the following renewal. Removing a user does not create a partial-month refund or credit.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period, and access normally continues until that date. Monthly subscription charges already paid are not refunded or credited for an unused part of the month, except where required by applicable law, required under Stripe's merchant-of-record obligations, or expressly agreed by us.
Users and account security
Each licensed user must use their own account. Login details and connection keys must not be shared. The account owner is responsible for authorised users, accurate account information and promptly removing access that is no longer required.
Resellers
Approved resellers may receive an internal-use licence with the agreed user limit and Database Switcher access. Internal reseller users must use approved reseller email domains. Resellers may use customer database backups for authorised demonstrations, but customers requiring ongoing use must hold their own subscription. Reseller access may be suspended if these conditions are misused.
Local installation and data
The customer is responsible for suitable computers, administrator access, SQL Server connectivity, backups and secure read-only database access, using either Windows Authentication or SQL Authentication. Dashboard results depend on the availability, structure and accuracy of the customer's Sage data. Customers must ensure they are authorised to access any database connected to the product.
Acceptable use
You must not bypass licensing controls, share licences between unrelated organisations, reverse engineer the product except where law expressly permits, interfere with the service, or use the product or another organisation's data without authority.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may release fixes, security updates and feature changes. Support is provided through support@s200dashboards.io.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss arising from inaccurate source data, or failure to maintain appropriate backups and security.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraudulent payment, licence misuse, security risk or unlawful use. Where appropriate, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights applying in the customer's location.

Sage 200 Evolution is a product of its respective owner. S200Dashboards.io is an independent product and is not represented as being owned or endorsed by Sage.
