Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide accounts, trials, subscriptions, reseller referrals and licensing. This may include names, organisation names, email addresses, account roles, device identifiers, licence activity, database fingerprints, support correspondence and subscription status.
Website analytics may include pages visited, actions selected, referring pages, campaign information, browser details, screen size, timezone and a protected visitor reference derived from network information. We also use Google advertising and measurement services.
Your Sage data
The installed application reads the customer's Sage 200 Evolution SQL database locally. Dashboard business data is not uploaded to S200Dashboards.io. The licensing service receives only the limited account, device, entitlement and database identity information needed to validate access and prevent trial misuse.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate trials and subscriptions, enforce licence limits, provide support, detect misuse, improve the product, measure website activity and meet legal and financial obligations.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, email, analytics, fraud prevention and payment processing. Stripe processes subscription payments and may act as merchant of record for eligible transactions. Google provides advertising and measurement services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may process information in other countries.
Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above, including security, licensing, accounting and legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information, ask a privacy question, or make a complaint by emailing support@s200dashboards.io. You can also control cookies and advertising settings through your browser and applicable Google controls.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
